Hello,

After a CIS PRO 2013 returned to service without problems (on Windows XP) I find the following facts:

  • Firewall => OK
  • Update => presence message “status = a connection with the server Could not be established” I can not activate the warranty, the analysis is not done.

My subscription is valid for 143 days and my internet connections are good.

Will you help me solve this problem?
