No Shutdown Protection?

Just testing now and I find it can be shutdown with task manger (unlike Comodo Firewall, A/V, etc.)

Is this right or safe?

That is the way it’s designed.

Both right, and safe because… if the PC was clean when BOClean was installed and if BOClean is invoked during each startup, there isn’t much of a window of opportunity for any malware (which may be capable of disabling BOClean, or not) installation to occur.
