I clicked the install certificate button sent by comodo. Got the usual warnings. But never was asked to provide keys. When I go to send email, I am told it cannot encrypt. (V) Please help. Was I supposed to do something else? Rhonda
to encrypt for someone, you need to know their Public key.
for people to encrypt for you they need to know your public key.
Why don’t you go ahead and use our Secure Email Product we have, you can download the beta version from this forum, which allows you to encrypt for anyone no matter if you have their public key or not.
