I do have my doughts.

Notice the Gen at the end.

But 3xit says this is a Generic Sig.
Backdoor.Win32.IRCBot.~5362

So Which is a generic signature?

Oh and CIS is catching Linux Malware:
NetWorm.Linux.Ramen.~B

Personally I think that instead of the random charaters like ~!@#$ it should contain something like malwarename.GEN or malwarename.Huer I think that it makes it easier to read.
