no log event files of any kind shown

On the latest CIS, it shows no event files of any kind. On Antivirus, Firewall, and Defense. For instance, it shows on the summary that there has been 15 intrusion attempts, yet pulling up the event log, it states “there are no items to show”. It is the same for antivirus, even after it’s notified me that’s it’s detected a virus and/or quarantiened it. Is this a bug? Or, does someone have any idea as to what the problem could be? It is a matter of concern as I would like to view any events and I would like to know the program is actually working like it’s supposed to. Thanks in advance.

Actually, it does. Did you disabled the Antivirus / Firewall / Defense+ Logging?
Can you check this under More…>Settings>Logging?

That was the FIRST thing I checked before I requested help here. I’ve been using Comodo for years. Logging is enabled. That’s why I was questioning whether this was a bug. I’ve also run diagnostics which stated it found no problems with the installation nor any conflicts with other programs. Thanks.

Did you maked a clean install of CIS 4.1 or upgrate?

At first I tried an upgrade but that didn’t work. I then uninstalled it, rebooted, then installed the newest version, rebooting again.

On my computer when I open the logs from within the Firewall, D+ or AV sub menus I will see things logged. When I go to the more advanced logging it simply does not show anything.
