no audio with comodo dragon

I get no audio with comodo dragon. I have a number of other browsers, and there is no problem with them.
I have looked all thru the options, and found no settings which might help. Whats up?

Hi oldhobo,
Depending on your operating system, click on your sound icon at then click on mixer and if CD is present make certain it is not set to zero.

thanks, I should have messaged back; as I have already found that. I don’t know why I didn’t check before posting my first message. Old age I guess.

No problems, glad it is solved.

That only happens to the best of us. ;)

I’ve tried unmuting Dragon with the voulume mixer controls, and it will not unmute

Hi PapaKringle,
Do you mean the mute symbol won’t remove or does it remove but without sound?
Try uninstalling/reinstalling Dragon, also update your audio drivers if possible.

I updated the drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled Dragon and I am still unable to unmute Dragon in the Volume Mixer. It unmutes briefly then mutes immediately before releasing the mouse button.

Sorry PapaKringle the only other thing I can think of is make sure your Flash Player is up to date.

Doesn’t Dragon update flash automatically?

Flash has it own update mechanism.
Flash settings found in Windows control panel.
