no activation email

I have been trying to activate my free license for quite some time, but I have not received an activation code by email. I double checked the address that I entered so I know that’s not the problem. What can I do to resolve this?

Perhaps those lost emails have been trapped by your email providers spam filter?

My provider does have spam filtering but I have it turned off. I have Thunderbird and it has built in filtering capabilities. I do check the junk email file often, but I have received nothing from Comodo. Thanks for the reply.

You can try to use any free webmail, like Yahoo! or Hotmail to get your license.
It’ll work just fine.

Click Submit a Ticket

They will then be able to address your issue.

I opened a hotmail account and imediatly received the Comodo activation code. I’m not sure what the problem is with my primary email account, but my problem is resolved. Thanks for the suggestions.
