Hello Support Forum,
I need some help on an issue I’m dealing with right now. I have been running Comodo backup 2.2.12700.12 for the past few years and ran perfectly but I wanted to see how the newer version worked so i installed 4.2.2. and didn’t like it. So i uninstalled 4.2.2 and tried reinstalling 2.2.127.000.12 but it keeps generating errors while starting the instalation. The error states " Newer Version Detected" and won’t go any further and promts me to click finish.
Where is the issue here? Since i removed 4.2.2 from the Add/Remove why is Comodo keeping some components behind which is stopping the installation of the old version.
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
