I just installed comodo and IE7 RC1 … just got this warning. I think it is legitimate, but should I be concerned? See attachment.

No, you shouldn’t be concerned. Comodo is just warning you that the svchost has changed since the IE7RS1 update. It’s normal and ok because you know it relates to a legitimate program.
