(Newbie) Question: Comodo Ver.3 (Vista)

Every time i used Google Earth and Command Conquerer 3 it always give me a lot of pop-ups.

Will this be eliminate if i add that two program to trusted application in Comodo Ver. 3?

Also i’m using KAV7 any recommendation so that it will works flawlessly with Comodo Ver.3 (vista ready)?

Also what’s setting do i need to change to improve my Comodo Firewall?
