Kaspersky VPN uses the Catapult Hydra protocol
128-bit AES and 256-bit AES encryption, though the former is used as a standard. This enables a high level of security as it would take nearly 14 billion years to decrypt 128-bit AES encryption at current computer power !

I wouldn’t use anything from Russia, esp software.
I think this is more of a political thing than a technical thing.
So far there is nothing proven in relation to Kaspersky products.

it is not all politics! I would never ever use anything from Russia, esp software. Be warned the russian security service (fsb) has all you information and a back door to all your devices. Just search how trustworthy is kaspersky?

there is a very good reason governments banned kaspersky since 2017!

@C.O.M.O.D.O_RT When doing a fresh install of CFW (Version 12.3.4.8162) when it comes to installing Killswitch, I get the below error and it’s not installed. I know that if it was installed, there would be a small subsequent CIS/CFW update which fixes that certificate issue but it’s not allowing me to install it in the first place now. Can you please update the installer to include the patched version?
No updates available as Killswitch isn’t installed.
P.S. Where can I download a standalone installer of Killswitch? Any news of upcoming Program updates?
