¿New upgrade for CIS, today?

Hi. CIS is notifying me, today, there is a new upgrade to CIS, but free AVG mark it like a WIN32/PE Patch trojan. ¿Somebody know what’s going on? My CIS actually is: 3.10.102363.531

Yes, there is an update available (3.11.108364.552) that was released yesterday (depending on your time-zone). The WIN32/PE Patch Trojan alert from AVG is a False Positive (FP). You can confirm this by taking whatever AVG detected for a spin at VirusTotal. Once done, you should probably also report the FP to AVG. I hope that helps.
