"New Topic" button missing in "Help for v3" forum [Resolved]

Vista Ultimate. Tried 3 different browsers (Opera, Firefox, IE) and nothing shows up. I am logged in normally.

I also have the same issue with the buttons missing. windows XP though

Seems like someone forgot(?) to add the Post new topics-permission for regular users, I’ve done that now.
I’ll close this topic now that the problem is solved.
