New to Comodo, need help with sandbox

Hello. Right now I am using a combination of Avast! 5 Free, Comodo Firewall with Def+, and Threatfire 4.7. I was wondering how to always run Firefox isolated in the sandbox, and still retain it’s speed and flash functionality. Thank you.

Also, what levels should I have my firewall and defense+ set to? Right now Firewall and Def+ are at “safe mode”.

Found the answer in an earlier thread. Firefox is now always isolated. I still have a few questions:

  1. I have Firefox set to Restricted. Is this good enough? I play games on Facebook so I would like those to still work.

  2. Does Comodo’s firewall, sandbox, and HIPS work well alongside Threatfire?
