New too Comodo, helping a younger friend uninstall and reinstall comodo on his HP laptop. It will not finish uninstall and now cannot get on internet without crashes on any browser. Please HELP! I am 49, fairly computer savvy but a MAC user. He is 18 and not very computer savvy and now has Malware and stuff he has never had ever.
