"new network" prompt/window

I had Comodo installed for 24 hrs on a laptop running Vista. Comodo’s default settings had been left virtually :-\intact, as I was reviewing the product and otherwise checking out the options.

The morning after the installation, I started up the system, and right away the “set up new network” (I am uncertain of the exact verbiage here) window popped up. As I took a closer look, the network IP was a WAN based IP, 169.254.151.176 !!!

Any insight into this??
