New Network Found popup

 * CPU (32 bit or 64 bit) 32 bit
* Operating System information (including Service Pack Version) Windows 7
* Actively-running security and utility applications (Optional if you post a Comodo Firewall Pro Configuration Report) CIS 4
* Specific symptoms of the bug, and steps you can take to reproduce it (step by step). Found New Network popup comes up every time upon reboot and information input previously is not retained. In CIS 3, if you had already named the network, it would tell you so and ask you to choose a different name. CIS 4 accepts the same name over and over again, indicating that it is not saving the information. If the checkbox is checked for all other computers on the network to see this computer and visa versa, because this Found New Network popup doesn't save the information, no other computers on the network can be seen or accessed.
* Specific steps you have taken to try to resolve it. I uninstalled CIS 4 on all our computers and reinstalled CIS 3. Now all other computers on the network can be seen and accessed, because CIS 3 saves the Found New Network popup information.
* Brief description of your Defense+ and Firewall+ mode (Custom, Train with safe) plus mention if you modified any setting in ADVANCED section of D+ and F+ (Optional if you post a Comodo Firewall Pro Configuration Report): default installation settings, except Protect the ARP Cache is checked.
