New Comodo Internet Security 3.13.120417 totally blocks all internet activity.

Hi, the new Comodo Internet Security 3.13.120417 is fully blocking all internet connections and is not configuring. I looked in the blocked list and it is huge; and it seems to fully be unconfigurable. I have uninstalled and done a clean re-install many times. All my 3.1 versions worked fine right up to Comodo Internet Security 3.13.119746. What has happened? Does it work for Microsoft now and scan Windows to see if there is something it doesn’t like? What are the changes in the new version (compared to others, etc.?)

This is all I can find on Filehippo change logs:

  • IMPROVED! AV engine now includes more advanced detection techniques
  • IMPROVED! Windows XP 64 registry protection has been hardened
  • FIXED! Defense+ does not handle object names properly (Reported by our forum member wj32)
  • FIXED! Defense+ does not protect against registry key ACL modifications (Reported by our forum member wj32)

try this, before restarting put the firewall and D+ in training mode. Now restart the computer. give it a few minutes after the desktop appears to stabilize, one that is done put them both back into safe mode. Does the net work now?

Never even thought of switching modes (to training esp.). I will try this. Thanks for the reply.
