New Account: Product is not active or expired

Last week I purchased it and I dont know what happened that it appears not active or expired
When I login into Comodo Account Management | Login or Create a new Account, my COS account shows this message: Product is not active or expired, thats what appears when I log into Comodo Account Management | Login or Create a new Account
I dont know why my account was not activated properly.

When I try to purchase it again, it says that I already have a none-free service of comodo online storage.
And wont let me re-purchase.

What can I do? (Please do not advice GeekBuddy since this is a license activation issue).
By the way, the Subscription Identifier from COS: 32A4C625

Im very disappointed with COS support service.
I have almost 2 weeks with this issue (1 week since I also first posted the issue here at the forums).
When the easy solution is to delete the COS account from the Comodo Account. :-\
