Neverending .exe programs in \Temp\

Hi, have recently started to get big problems with my computer. It has been strangely slow and on shutdown it tells me there are “Dll Initilazition Failed (randomletters).exe” and these messages just keep on poping up.

Tried CCleaner but get stuck on 82-83% since the the list just keeps on going with “Missing Startup Software - C:\DOCUME1\Tweet\LOCALS1\Temp(randomletters).exe”

Never been in this situation before and dont know where to go so please if someone know whats going on?
