Network Security Policy Configuration Lost after Switching Network Adapter

Hello,
after switching my internet connection cable from one network adapter to the other in my PC with CIS running, CIS disapeared from the system tray. I relaunched it manually to discover all the Network Security Policy configuration entries deleted, both Application and Global Rules. After reboot they are still gone.

Is there a way how to restore these settings (save from entering them all back manually o.c. :P) ?

Thanks for your help.
A.

All rules are stored in the registry. So using system restore to go back to a point before you changed the NIC would help to find them again. When needed you can then export your configuration from under Miscellaneous → Manage my configurations.
