I’m using the latest version of CIS on XP SP3 x86, both are fully update to date.

My wireless card is searching for available networks, and every so often Comodo is prompting to allow a new network connection. I’m not connected or trying to connect to any of these networks. I have the wireless settings set to only connect to preferred networks (which none are listed). I turned off the prompt for the time being, but I’m just wondering why I’m being prompted when I’m not connecting to these networks.

YOu probably get the New Network Detected dialogue box. It only says Comodo found a network; it won’t connect with it. You can disable looking for new networks under Miscellaneous → Settings → General → now untick “Automatically detect new private networks”.
