ok i cant get into my secondlife program… where is the network monitor so i can configure it to allow programs that i used to use daily?
Secondlife sent me the udp and tcp numbers now i just need to figure out where they go here.

Welcome to the forums, if your program only needs outgoing traffic then you can go to Firewall, Advanced, Network Policy and find the executable that is started for this game, select it and set it’s policy to “outgoing only”
If you also need incoming traffic then it will take a few clicks more.
Based on what i read here:
There is only outgoing traffic needed.
