Network control default rules

Hello. I’m a newbie with firewalls and Comodo. I have faulty deleted the default block rule from the Network Monitor. I have added a new block rule but I would like someone confirmations if the rule is right:

Action: Block and Log
Protocol: IP
Direction: In/Out
Source: Any
Destination: Any
IP Protocol: Any

Is this the default block rule?

By the way is there an option to save the firewall configuration?

In the BLOCK rule, change

Direction: In/Out

to

Direction: In
