network backup

hi there,when trying to back up over my network it says the computer is locked and needs a username/password,but i have not put any passwords on my network pc.with comodo 1 i can backup no problem over network and access the pc from my htpc and laptop.any info on how i can get round this problem

Hi

In backup step 2 you can manually type the destination path.
This way connection credentials should not be required.
