Needing help to unblock a file

Recently had a big problem and with quite a few Defence alerts poping up i was panicing and clicked block for explorer.exe to execute Firefox.exe , now i cant gain control on if i want to go on firefox anymore the only way i can get on is if i reinstall it

can anyone help me with this im just trying to to get explorer.exe to allow to execute firefox so i can gain control on it

Defense+ / Computer Security Policy / Find the rule for explorer.exe

Right click then click edit

Customize / Run a executable / Modify / Look in Blocked Applications
