Need Help with Comodo Internet security 3.10.102363.531 XP Vista x32

Hello I have a USB storage device(HDD) that is connected to a BELKIN N+ wireless router to access the drive I have a program that comes with the router that’s named “BELKIN STORAGE UTILITY” When I run this program it fails to connect to the network drive there is No Warnings, NO errors the program launch and dock in the the task bar as it is supposed to do but it doesn’t show the drive as being connected nor can I view it’s contents in windows explorer the only option I have is to “shutdown” when it is working correctly there is also a option to unmount the drive and I can also view the contents of the drive in windows explorer.

The only way that I have found to get the drive to connect is to disable the firewall by right clicking on the task bar icon and selecting disable or go to firewall/advanced/attack detection settings/misc and un check the box that says “Block Fragmented IP data grams” after doing that it will connect. I noticed that it say that these type of fragmented packets are more useful on routers but do not disable it unless needed. Is this normal, should I have to disable it?

Can you show us a screenshot of your Global Rules? THey can be found under Firewall → Advanced → Network Security Policy.
