You can try reporting it the Comodo Malware/False-Positive Submission.
Make sure you explain that it is not detected with on-demand scans but only with the real-time scanner. If they still aren’t able to fix it then you should report the problems here:
From the virustotal reports I’m almost positive that these are false positives.
