My NAS is blocked by the Pro-active setting. It needs permissions for System and svchost. It seems I can only access it if I give both the “Allow this app” setting.

Now it works, and what happened was:
Somehow it had lost my network zone. I created a new one, didn’t help… But when I DELETED that one, it re-identified my original network zone and auto-ruled them so they work? Weird. But solved.
