I am receiving emails every day asking me to buy space which I do not want to receive, how can I stop these messages?

HI JamesFrance. I’ve not seen these emails myself. Can you please do a support ticket and see if the Comodo Staff can sort it?

No need now because the emails have stopped and the backup has started to work again today.
I guess someone saw my post and sorted it.
