My setup :
Windows 7 x64
COMODO Internet Security 6.3.302093.2976

I noticed a month ago (almost) that there isn’t any pop up from cloud scanner all over my tests while it was working well before
I opened the unrecognized files category tried to submit files manually , but it is always saying that my files aren’t present in the specified folders although they are present

I uninstalled cis 6.3.302093.2976 and Reinstalled the cis 7 beta but the same problem present

How to overcome this problem with cloud scanner and file submission as you know that behavior blocker depends mainly on the comodo labs analysis via files submission :frowning:

File submission is a known bug and they are working on the fix.

When you are talking about cloud scanner do you mean detections like “CloudBehavior.Suspicious” ?

I tried file submission with the same file at another machine with the same windows and same cis edition and the file uploaded successfuly

I mean with cloud : when a new file not detected by local engine it sometimes detected by cloud engine like that >>>>> popup with the name Cloud Antivirus and the file name and the detection name

Yes so these are already identified files, I still get tons of cloud based AV alerts…What I don’t is live detection since files don’t seem to be uploaded (I mean new unknown files) to CAMAS.

I mean that but i can’t get both types of alerts

No cloud
No Submission

Regarding gile submission bug, it’s known bug and should get fixed soon. I don’t know now why you don’t get usual cloud based alerts (I mean cloud based definitions).

“Soon” is a very relative term for them considering this bug is going on for like 3 months now. And in one thread one dev even said “It should be fixed now” yet it’s far from it, because it’s still broken. How can you leave a known problem that’s annoying many users, unfixed for 3 months. I just can’t understand this.
Plus, it’s a core part of the CIS’s backbone, it’s what makes their system work. I don’t want to upload stuff by hand through forum if there is a dedicated feature in CIS, but it’s broken and no one seems to care about it (even though they are aware of it).
