I can not find my locked exe files either in:
Firewall>Advanced>Network Security …
or
Defense>Advanced>Computer Security …
they seem to have ben locked without any notification!
where and how can I ulock them? I need them !
You probably blocked explorer.exe or set it to isolated application. Go to Defense + Advanced → Computer Security Policy and delete the rule for explorer.exe. CIS will create a new rule.
