“My blocked Network Zones” url's not blocked

Although my Firewall security Level is Custom policy mode and Defense + security level is Safe Mode the url’s in “My blocked Network Zones” are all accessible (exclude tick box not ticked).

This feature worked fine in earlier version but I noticed that all those ■■■■■■ poker advertising sites keep coming up in my browser while in the past Comodo kept them out. :cry:
