Multiple Emails Sent

When sending a large file, ~4MB, the virus scan was inturrupted by my isp/windows outlook 2003 “Enter Network Password”, which is a separate issue. After noticing repeated scans by comodo, I disabled the virus scan, and it went through

The recipeint noted to me that they recieved the file 12 times. Comodo apparently sent the file each time it was inturrupted, but failed to acknowledge the file was sent, and so started the process over.

Until the bug is fixed, I will simply not scan outgoing emails.

Please let me know if you need additional info regarding this.

Hi dnakos,

Thanks for the information.

We need some more information about the software’s you are using in your system like Personal Firewall or network related software’s (Software, which are connecting to Internet) and we need its version also. It will be more useful for us to create the same environment here and fix the bug as soon as possible.

Firewall: Comodo Version
Network Card:Intel(R) PRO/1000 PM Network Connection; driver Intel
Windows networking, TCP/IP, Auto IP, Auto DNS,

TCP/IP settings:
DHCP Enabled, Automatic metric
Enable LMHOSTS lookup
NetBIOS setting from the DHCP server.

I hope this helps.

If there is a utility that I can run to gather all of the required info, let me know.
