When sending a large file, ~4MB, the virus scan was inturrupted by my isp/windows outlook 2003 “Enter Network Password”, which is a separate issue. After noticing repeated scans by comodo, I disabled the virus scan, and it went through
The recipeint noted to me that they recieved the file 12 times. Comodo apparently sent the file each time it was inturrupted, but failed to acknowledge the file was sent, and so started the process over.
Until the bug is fixed, I will simply not scan outgoing emails.
Please let me know if you need additional info regarding this.
If you provide more information’s like Comodo Antivirus version, Program updates version that you can find out in Comodo Antivirus > About > Version Information and the Email Client and its version. It will be more helpful for us to solve this problem.
