Hey guys, first off, let me say, that you are doing an excellent job with the application. I’m a lowly home user but also use it on one of my home boxes that I use as a webserver… It works great…
My scenario is this:
I have setup many IP Ranges in the Network Security Policy / My Network Zones tab
I then add the zones to the Global Rules tab as BLOCK by protocol IP and give a Description (and of course the Source Address is by the ZONE that was created for it).
Now when someone within that IP range is blocked, that event is logged in the Firewall Events.
When you go to the firewall events, it only show the IP (as was as the other static columns).
Question… Is there way to view the Description or the Network Zone Name of what the rule was setup as, in addition to all the other columns of information available in the Firewall Event Viewer? I have combed the application over and cannot find where you can add columns to view this information, these columns are static. It would really be helpful and beneficial to be able to view, at minimum, the Network Zone Name what setup as a loggable event…
if you have many events, this can be quite cumbersome to figure only by IP what zone was intruded upon, especially if it was by ranges…
Thanks again guys, keep up the good work…
