MoleBox-ed exe considered malware

Hello,

the CIS on-line cloud scanner claims that a game file contains “unspecified malware”. I tested that with Avast!, Symantec, Malwarebytes, and they didn’t find any infection. Then I tried the VirusTotal service, and got this result:
https://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=0fc4e109b3c33549b93fff5ec0161319c5e218f9f7aab51224e0061318e23f93-1290561884
It seems that the program is simply a MoleBox-ed executable and for some reason such files are considered malware. Could you confirm that the antiviruses that report this as malware are paranoid? Where should I report this “false positive” so that CIS cloud scanner didn’t alert? (I ask, because this is probably a conference for CAV, not for the CIS cloud scanner.)

I had a similar issue with another two games, the cloud scanner was reporting them as malware for about three weeks (I always selected “ignore once”). Then it stopped reporting them as malware. (I do not have “ignore” rules created.)

Thank you,
Martin.

Hi xarx,

Thanks for reporting. We will check this and get back to you soon.

Done. I submited only the problematic file, not the two programs mentioned above that are probably resolved.

Martin.
