When I checked the anti-virus by eicar on the CIS 6 it still allow to download but feature AntiVirus on-access on CIS 5 - it prevent the download eicar file.

If you want the “on access”-like mode in CIS 6 then just uncheck “Enable scanning optimizations” in “Realtime Scan”. Though IDK if it prevents the Eicar downloading.
