miscellaneous window [SOLVED]

when i click on HELP in miscellaneous window, nothing happens.
version FW is 3.0.18.309
OS is vista SP1 final.
same thing when i click on “what do these settings do?” .

Try running as an Admin and turning off UAC. This has fixed these type of problems for many users.

i uninstalled the FW and reinstalled it and now it works.
problem is solved.
