Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error message

First of all, thanks for a great piece of software! (:CLP) (R)

My computer has three accounts. The problem is that when the first user logs off and another logs on, Win XP SP2 claims that there is no firewall running, (the red shield in tray). There is also an error message:
---------------------------
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!
Program: D:\Program\Comodo\Personal Firewall\crashrep.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

It does not matter who logs in first and we all have administrative rights.
However, if we use fast user switching there is no problem at all.

I use Win XP Pro and Comodo Personal Firewall 2.3.3.33 BETA.

Bug or something weird in my machine? ???
