Microsoft Outlook 2003 + CFP 3

System: p3 with XP sp2 with fresh install and Microsoft Outlook 2003
I installed xp sp2, outlook, and comodo firewall 3 on a test computer at my school for my firewall class and outlook class. After installing comodo firewall, I couldn’t get outlook to sync with the exchange server no matter what I tried, it always came back as unable to connect to server. I could ping the server, browse network neighborhood, everything but sync with the exchange server. I noticed a little red down arrow on the systray icon everytime I clicked the button to sync though. I had set outlook as a trusted application and still no go. I couldn’t find a log file anywhere that said anything about dropping any packets and no warnings popped up at any point. I tried disabling the firewall and defense+ but this doesn’t seem to do anything. After uninstalling comodo firewall everything worked fine (:SAD)

Finally got this working… I went into network security policy and deleted any rules it had set up automatically for system and outlook and so it actually asked about the application next time I started it. Set is as a trusted application through the popup and now it works…
