Looking at the logs I saw this message:
Name resolution for the name downloads.comodo.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded..
It says two things.
1.Windows could not reach the DNS servers; your connection may have been down temporarily or you may have unplugged your connection.
2. The download url of CIS is not right. It should be download.comodo.com. You can change that under More → Preferences → Update.
The rest of the errors are relate to the installation of DotNet 4 and are of no consequence to CIS as CIS does not use the DotNet framework.
That being said. How did the installation of DotNet 4 go? Was it successful or did it stop somewhere?
