Hello to all of you !
I have a great problem -from time to time cmdagent starts working (i think that it works for NASA) and working and working for 100% of memory and cannot be stoped or slowed.
What can i do?
I mention that i’ve scanned the sistem with several antivirus programs including COMODO and no one report any virus.
Hello Papdima;
1; Do you have any other security software installed?
2; Can you post a screenshot or export the Defense+ Events
(CIS > Defense+ > Defense+ Events)
3; What Operating System are you using?
Kind Regards
Average around 15MB to 20MB for both processes normal use, and maybe est around 80MB during DB updates for brief moments. That is on my system, and it does vary a bit from time to time.

May be left overs of previously installed security programs are in the way. Try using removal tools for those programs. Here is a list of removal tools for common av programs: ESET Knowledgebase .
Otherwise do a Google search with terms “removal tool” and * name of product or vendor*.
Hi papadima,
I found that I had old Bit Defender files on my computer from only an online scan. I used the link I was given to find the uninstallers, the same link you were given, and I found the uninstaller for Bit defender, and it removed all those hidden files.
Good luck,
gail
