Massive traffic out

Hi. I am no pro about Your free firewall - latest version, but i have just uninstalled it due to that CMDAGENT ping or try to connect to IP: 208.116.56.22. Every startup of Windows it start to do this. Sometimes it runs more than 60 connections to this IP. After uninstalling i have none of this traffic. Is this traffic normal - or have CMDAGENT become infected ? I think it is strange because it seem to start doing this yesterday, not before. I haven’t changed any settings for some days…(blocked programs)

I only run the firewall - nothing else !!!

CIS is checking files against the Cloud. These connections will drop as the files are checked.
No, CIS’ CmdAgent is not infected.
This is normal activity for CIS 2011.
