massive problem with games

after i got the problem, on my girlfriends PC(PhenomX3 2,4Ghz, Geforce8300 onboard, vista64bit) i have it too on mine(Phenomx4 955 ati4890, win7 64bit).
The problem is, after starting a game, there is a black screen and no more reaktion, so i have to restart.
but after deaktivating the cis all works normal.
All drivers and cis are updated, without any conflicts.

is there a way to fix it ?
