Massive Network Logging

I’m getting massive network logging UDP/TCP In mostly on port 11522. I checked a few adresses and most of them from RIPE Amsterdam. I restarted a few times and my log is full of these events on the same port in couple of seconds.

Any explanations?

Happening again. UDP in from various adresses into my port 11522 and lots of them.
