I have a file that is deleted direct every time I unzip a folder. How do I mark it as trusted?

First disable an AV and then manually put it in Trusted Files and Exclusions.
After that re-enable AV.

But how do I add it in trusted?

I would advise disabling the option to “Do not show antivirus alerts”. Then, it will give you an option to exclude the file from future detection.

By the way, which version of CIS do you have?

I am using 5.12.25… version.

And where do I find “Do not show antivirus alerts”

Under Real Time Scanning.

with all rights for usability, and make the software easier to use, ^^ that now is a funny or good example, that to hide alerts and let the software decide for the user is not user-friendly always :slight_smile: :wink:
