Im just wondering, is it okay to have MBAM(realtime protection enabled) running with CIS v4.0.141842.828 (Proactive defence, Av enabled, firewall enabled, defence+ enabled) ???
It may not be the best idea to have both CIS’s real-time scanner and MBAM’s running at the same time…(same goes for any real-time scanner).
You can run one or the other “on demand”, i.e. only scan when you ask it to.
I agree, one real-time application is enough. Especially when they may be looking for the same types of malware.
