OK, freely admit haven’t a clue what they are (well not as much as some of you lot).
Now the question.
Apparently webguards protect against them. Unfortunately, webguard really hurts my download speed.
BBC web-pages that take 3 to 4 secs now take 5 to 6 secs and I like speed.
Does Boclean help with regard to malicious and cross-scripting?

I assume you are talking about XSS cross-site scripting ?
If you use FireFox the “No-script” extension has XSS-protection …
use PROXIMODO AND PROXIMITRON
