i’m trying to uninstall anti-spy…been trying for weeks… cant send outlook emails… get error saying cas cant access hkcu reg key… i’ve deleted every trace of crapodo off my box, ran countles reg cleaners, disk cleaners, yada . emailed their sorry excuse of a tech support group 1000 times.
i wouldnt mind but unemployed and need to be finding a job ASAP! ergo email = important.

When you say “i’m trying to uninstall anti-spy…” are you referring to Comodo AntiSpam (where you posted a query was about uninstalling anti-spy), Comodo Launch Pad (where you posted a query was about uninstalling anti-spy) or comodo Anti-Spam (where you posted a query was about uninstalling anti-spy).
If you can let us know what piece of software you’re trying to uninstall, we should be able to provide you with a solution (even though it may end up being a manual, step-by-step type uninstallation).

10 tickets have been opened, on different products and different issues.
On this issue you have two tickets open, both ‘on hold’, with a maximum of 4 replies from yourself.
The support team are trying to get an answer for you from the developers, as the usual uninstall process does not seem to work for you.
When they have a response from the developer they will let you know.

Comodo doesn’t have an antispyware product, do you mean Comodo Antivirus which will detect spyware in the future or do you mean a different product?
