Hi,
I don’t know why but in the summary page of CIS 5.8, I can see as much as 400 and more outbound connections at time. They seems to be created by Ksavsvc.exe (Kingsoft PC doctor service) and Firefox.exe (Firefox browser service)… What can I do to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Well, it seems the problem was related with the secure comodo DNS… I remove the comodo DNS and now the problem seems resolve
I just hope that Comodo will solve this issue with there comodo DNS…
I use Norton DNS servers and I have the same amount of connections. They are reduced when Firefox has started and stopped loading pages.
The problem is back so it wasn’t the comodo DNS 88)
Hi Jaskaolen, how many outbound connections do you have? On my PC, it can easylly go over 400 outbound connections…
When i closed Firefox I had from 5-13 connections. After starting it connections increased to 350. Sometimes after starting the machine I have seen 800 connections (FF starts automatically at start-up).
I have discissed about this here and they say it is normal…
Could either of you post a screen shot showing ‘all’ these connections, preferably with some detail. I use firefox and at launch get 3 connections…
Well at the time of taking a screenshot I had between 300 and 400 connections. I post a screenshot of the summary page and 2 screenshots of part of the details…

In you situation it appears to be something to do with the Kingsoft process. 187.16.29.182 is a Latin American ISP called Universo Online. Does that mean anything to you?
Kingsoft PC Doctor is a legit application but I don’t know there servers…
First thing I’d do is verify what you’re seeing in Active connections, which is not very reliable, with something like CurrPorts, TCPView or Process Hacker and if they show the same connections, I’d take it up with Kingsoft.
